Italian Professor at the University of Michigan from 2003 to 2008, and winner of the research and examination on the use of technology in education. In 2008 he was the General Director of the Study Abroad Program in Italy at Sesto Fiorentino formed by a consortium between the University of Michigan, Duke University, and the University of Wisconsin.
Since 2012 he has been a contract professor at the University of Macerata for the Master degree in “Italian teaching to foreigners in an intercultural perspective.”
He has been a scientific consultant in the glottodidactics field and author of various publications for the ELI Editions publishing house. Among his numerous published texts we can highlight “Sapori d’Italia,” “L’Italia dell’arte” and other adaptations of Italian literature classics like “Pinocchio,” “I Promessi Sposi,” “Il Decameron,” and “Le Novelle di Pirandello.”
He is currently an author and a mentor for professors in the Alma Editions publishing house. He has recently published the book “Nuovo Espresso 5” as a coauthor.
