All of our billing is done by BlueSnap (Plimus), our billing company, so it’s best to contact them if you have any inquiries regarding to or need assistance with, your billing account (including changing payment method, billing info etc).

When you upgraded your account, your BlueSnap Account ID was sent to you (in the invoice email) – with it, you can login to your billing account. If you do not know your password, you can click on “forgot password?” and it will be sent to you –
